Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure achievement of personal targets including NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
  • Have a daily 2-way sales plan.
  • Attend daily SOD & EOD briefings conducted by BM / Funding Team Head / Wealth Banking Head.
  • Provide timely daily reports to BM / Funding Team Head.
  • Ensure sales practices comply with SOPs, SLAs and any applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process in accordance with the AML-CFT Policy, Guidelines and fair transaction rules.
  • Carry out daily sales discipline/operating rhythm implemented by the Wealth Banking Head, in order to increase productivity and achieve business targets and balance of business.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum S1 degree
  • Experienced as a sales person in the banking industry
  • Have banking operational knowledge min. 3 years.
  • Have good communication and leadership skills.
  • Accustomed to working with targets.
