Job summary

PT Hyundai Inti Development is seeking an experienced Operator WTP on a contract basis based in South Cikarang, West Java. You will oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the water treatment plant to ensure a reliable water supply for industrial facilities.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records. Collaboration with engineering for process improvements and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as an operator in a water treatment plant or similar industrial facility.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing water quality data.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor and adjust water treatment processes to maintain water quality and quantity targets.
Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of plant operations, water quality data, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
