Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) in Bandung seeks a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator to handle daily operations and monitor performance according to WI and schedule.

You will record operating parameter data, manage raw water and chemicals, inspect and clean equipment, ensure ISO 22000/Halal/ISCC compliance, and carry out preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• Inspect and clean machine
• Run daily usage of WTP water to trace usage
• Ensure ISO 22000:2005, Halal, ISCC compliance

Responsibilities

• Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
• Checking and seeking fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials Water Treatment Plant (Chemical, etc)
• Report to management representative area as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
• Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
• Implement autonomous & preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment), cleanliness of the environment (environment) & safety implementation at work sites

Job description

General Responsibilities :

1. Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
2. Record operating parameter data in logsheet
3. Checking and seeking fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials Water Treatment Plant (Chemical, etc)
4. Inspect and clean machine available
5. Running the actual daily usage of WTP water so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage
6. Report to the management representative area as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
7. Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
8. Implement autonomous & preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
9. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, ISCC system).
10. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment), cleanliness of the environment (environment) & safety implementation at work sites
