Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a Water Treatment Plant Operator to operate the WTP according to work instructions and schedule. You will log parameters, monitor water quality, and ensure ISO 22000, Halal, and ISCC compliance while keeping equipment and site safe.

You will record daily usage data, perform routine inspections, and coordinate with management to address any abnormal conditions, maintaining clean facilities and proper safety practices on site.

Responsabilidades

• Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
• Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• Check and seek fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials (chemical, etc) for WTP
• Inspect and clean available machinery
• Run actual daily water usage of WTP so it can be traced to ensure correct usage
• Report to management representative of area as soon as possible if abnormal operating conditions occur
• Address unfair operating conditions per superiors' instructions
• Implement autonomous & preventive maintenance per superiors' instructions
• Ensure quality management system implementation (ISO 22000:2005, Halal, ISCC)
• Responsible for maintaining all work equipment, keeping environment clean, and safety at work sites

3. Checking and seeking fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials Water Treatment Plant (Chemical, etc)
4. Inspect and clean machine available
5. Running the actual daily usage of WTP water so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage
6. Report to the management representative area as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
7. Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
8. Implement autonomous & preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
9. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, ISCC system).
10. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment), cleanliness of the environment (environment) & safety implementation at work sites
