Golden Agri Resources in Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Plant Operator to join our water treatment and production team in Bandung. You will operate WTP according to WI and schedule, log parameters, and ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, uphold ISO 22000/Halal/ISCC standards, and keep equipment clean while reporting issues to management. This role offers growth with a leading global agribusiness.

• Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
• Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• Checking and seeking fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials Water Treatment Plant (Chemical, etc)
• Inspect and clean machine available
• Running the actual daily usage of WTP water so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage
• Report to the management representative area as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
• Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
• Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, ISCC system)
• Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment), cleanliness of the environment (environment) and safety implementation at work sites
