Job summary

Catalyst is seeking a Watch Specialist to join our retail team. You will deliver brand-aligned service, share knowledge about our watches, and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.

You will establish relationships with customers, maintain their preferences, and manage daily stock inventory.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for watches.
