Job summary

goldenagri on-site position in Kalimantan Selatan seeks a Water Treatment Plant technician to operate WTPs and generators per WI and schedule. You will record parameters, verify raw water supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure safe, compliant plant operation.

You will also oversee filter cleaning, water usage tracing, and generator support needs while upholding ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, and related safety standards at the work site.

Responsibilities

• Operate WTP and genset according to WI and schedule
• Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• Check and fulfill raw water and supporting materials (Water Treatment Plant chemicals, salt, etc)
• Inspect and clean filters and separators
• Run daily WWTP water usage and waste disposal tracing to ensure correct usage
• Check and meet generator support needs (fuel, oil, cooling water)
• Genset cleaning and tidying work location
• Report to supervisor promptly for unnecessary operating conditions
• Address unfair operating conditions per superiors' instructions
• Implement preventive maintenance per superiors' instructions
• Maintain generators when not in operation
• Implement quality management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP)
• Responsible for maintaining all work equipment and site cleanliness at work locations
