Warehousing and Logistics Specialist (Surabaya Placement)

A. Warehouse on-site process management:

• Formulate, monitor, and analyze the KPI of the warehouse stationed there, and urge third parties to make improvements (four major indicators: timely receipt rate, timely delivery rate, inventory accuracy rate, and delivery accuracy rate).
• Inspect and supervise safety, on-site 5S, inventory checks, and standardized operations of the third-party warehouse staff.
• Monitor efficiency anomalies, personnel attrition rate, and management personnel changes of third-party staff.
• Coordinate closely with regional warehouse management and headquarters' professional line management; issue system requirements and conduct training.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, pilot micro-innovations in on-site operations, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with management to verify expense settlement data and check monthly expense reports with third parties.

B. Cross-functional communication:

• Procurement: Handle returns and receipt exceptions.
• Stock Control/Supply Chain: Business demand planning and inventory management.
• Store: Manage discrepancies and documentation.
• Technical Support: Report and track abnormalities.
• System Planning: Optimize system fault tolerance.
• Finance: Confirm profit/loss on-site and supervise value-added service fee settlements.
• Quality Control: Prepare reports and assess abnormalities.
• Other temporary tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree is mandatory.
• Language: Fluent in English is required.
• Age: Under 35 years old.
• Experience: Over 2 years in large-scale warehouse management, familiar with ERP, WMS, Office, with strong data analysis and communication skills; team management experience with over 50 people and supermarket warehousing experience preferred.
