We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead based in Bandung.

Your ‘day to day’
  1. Forecasting & Operational

Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure stock availability for sales.

Work with demand & supply planners to monitor forecasts and sales plans.

Provide insights on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and supply gaps.

Coordinate with 3PL vendors for daily warehouse and transportation operations.

  1. Data Management & Inventory Management

Prepare dashboards and reports for SD meetings (e.g., KPI tracking, risk & opportunity analysis).

Conduct root cause analysis for KPIs (e.g., CFR, Track & Trace, Stock Accuracy).

Understand inventory control and stock management.

  1. System & Tools Utilization

Operate planning tools (e.g., SAP Production, WMS, Excel models).

Ensure master data accuracy and system integrity.

Drive improvements in planning tool utilization.

  1. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance Service Delivery (transport optimization, warehouse management, CO2 reduction).

Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Business Analytics roles.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with warehouse & transport management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data management.
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • SAP knowledge, FMCG business process, stakeholder engagement, SAP inventory, dashboards & reports, safety & compliance are pluses.
