Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to manage and continually improve warehousing function with the aim of ensuring optimum level of resource utilization to meet production, inventory, and customer service needs within process, facility and cost constraints. Drive warehouse performance index to exceed internal and external customer's expectations at lowest possible cost with zero warehouse related CAR.
Key responsibilities include
- Materials and Finish Goods Handling
- Effective and efficient storage and handling of finished goods, raw and packaging materials in accordance with company’s quality and safety standards;
- Manage and ensure that finished goods and raw and packaging materials are properly and accurately labeled and handled in accordance with FIFO policy;
- Manage and ensure receipt of right goods that is delivered with right storage and transportation mode in the right packaging, right condition, right quantity and quality, at the right time and place;
- Manage and ensure delivery of right goods to the right customers (internal and external) with the right packaging, in a right condition, right quantity and quality, at the right time and place using the right transportation mode;
- Manage inbound and outbound container/delivery logistics with 3rd party service providers and suppliers to ensure effective utilization of resources;
- Expedite the express delivery in case of urgent by providing explanation if necessary.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate system inventory and physical inventory at all times;
- Manage and implement physical cycle count and stock take monthly;
- Manage and report the potential risk on to-be-expired raw material and finish goods to related dept;
- Participate in Supply Chain department KPI reporting and measurements.
- Workshop Management
- Supervise the use of warehouse mechanical handling equipments efficiently and in accordance with company’s quality and safety standards;
- Ensure warehouse mechanical handling equipments, fixtures and fittings are maintained in accordance with contractors agreement and company’s quality and safety standards;
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times;
- Propose, document and implement work improvement plans within the scope of ISO requirements.
About you
Minimum diploma in logistic or material management
Management or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant working experience and a minimum 1 year in a managing role in food manufacturing environment
Sense of urgency, dependable, assertive, excellent customer interfacing skills, interpersonal skills and is dynamic, innovative and results-oriented
Experience managing warehouse in a manufacturing environment using SAP or ERP system. Inventory control and MRP exposure will be an advantage
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Honest, team cooperation spirit, positive attitude, willing and quick to learn
Willing to be placed in Rancaekek, Sumedang
