Job description

Our client is a retail company from China, established in 1992. The company has grown to operate more than 800 stores across China, specializing in toys, accessories, lifestyle, fashion, and other trendy products. Now, they are expanding their business to Indonesia and are looking for passionate talents to join their team.

Job Descriptions:

Daily Operation Management: Assist domestic assigned managers in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.

Inventory Control: Implement and supervise strict inventory management processes, ensuring system inventory matches actual stock (maintain high inventory accuracy); regularly organize cycle counts and full inventory counts.

Local Team Management: Assist in recruitment, training, management, and motivation of the local warehouse team (including forklift operators, pickers, administrators, etc.), fostering an efficient and safe work environment.

Safety and Compliance: Strictly enforce health and safety (K3) regulations, ensuring warehouse operations comply with company policies and local laws; lead safety training and accident prevention.

System Operation & Reporting: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems, generating operational reports and reporting to senior management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management, preferably in a retail company.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management regulations, processes, and best practices.

Proven experience in inventory management, logistics planning, and team management.

Proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to conduct daily communication in Chinese.
