Job summary

A leading manufacturing company located in Karawang Timur, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced warehouse manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in finished goods warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include managing distribution flows, ensuring high standards of quality control, and leading warehouse teams under tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is required, and familiarity with Bonded Zone operations is preferred.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in finished goods warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing or export-oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of distribution flow, order fulfillment, packing standards, export documentation, and finished goods quality control.

Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking, stock movement, and operational reporting.

Experienced in managing Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) operations, including customs compliance, documentation, and mandatory reporting.

Demonstrated ability to work under tight schedules, high-volume demands, and strict delivery deadlines.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to manage, coach, and motivate warehouse teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, 5S practices, and lean warehouse operations is an advantage.
