The opportunity

Due to on-going growth and project needs, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Industrial team in Sorowako, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This role is fixed term basis with opportunity to be extended. In this role, you must have sufficient experience with warehousing and logistics. This role oversees the issuance of materials to project participants in accordance with agreed procedures covering materials requests, request reviews, and issue authorization by the project and clients. You will liaise with the project team to understand key inter-disciplinary construction sequences and corresponding materials needs. This role will also monitor and report on preparation by the Main Construction Contractor of their detailed execution plans with respect to materials – kit definition and early kit preparation, to be ready for issue when needed in the construction sequence.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A relevant educational background, preferably in logistics management.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as Warehouse Supervisor.
• Moderate level of English skills for both written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS suite of Apps – Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to work in a team as a team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new processes, procedures, or applications.
• Willingness to work in a site environment.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, and/or Mining & Metals industries.
