Job Purpose

To manage and lead a team in the warehouse department, overseeing daily work according to job scope and daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of demands.

Job Description

• Supervise, plan, and organize routine work within the warehouse team, monitor outcomes, and take necessary actions.
• Manage and lead warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day transactions.
• Oversee stock availability and address shortages.
• Plan and coordinate transport movements with the Logistics team and Buyers for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure process governance adherence and provide updates after process improvements and changes.
• Develop and initiate weekly and monthly performance reports based on data entry for superiors.
• Ensure working processes follow LSOP / LWI / GWI standards and resolve pending work issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area following 5S standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain high accuracy and alertness in matching physical, documentation, and system records.
• Support documentation of warehouse processes to promote Standardization, Simplification, and Industrialization (SSI).
• Utilize and optimize warehouse storage capacity.
• Maintain product quality in the warehouse following Preservation, Storage, and Maintenance (PSM) standards.
• Adhere to company HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) policies, rules, and regulations, integrating HSES into routine tasks.

You are meant for this job if:

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management systems.
• You have a background in Supply Chain management or related fields in Warehouse Management.
• You hold a Diploma or Degree in any field.
