Job description

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure all activities are in line with established SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Manage and allocate warehouse team members effectively and efficiently, ensuring safety and alignment with company targets.
• Ensure that actual stock and physical inventory are 100% accurate at all times.
• Monitor and maintain storage temperatures for both products and materials within required standard ranges.
• Regularly record temperature readings and take immediate action if any deviation is found.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all warehouse areas according to cosmetic industry standards.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to support overall operations.
• Fulfill orders accurately and timely for both internal and external customers.
• Willing to be placed in Rungkut Industri, Surabaya

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position
• Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is strongly preferred
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and warehouse-related data entry/administration
• Skilled in inventory documentation, reporting, and warehouse filing systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Forklift License (SIO) holder is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
