Responsibilities

• Support manager in warehouse planning & KPI achievement
• Ensure safety compliance for people, materials, and facilities
• Plan & implement warehouse operating procedures
• Manage inventory (annual/quarterly/monthly), stock opname, and reporting
• Optimize warehouse layout & logistics routes
• Allocate and train manpower to improve efficiency
• Monitor team performance, appraisals, and team cohesion

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor in medium/large companies
• Experience in managing the stocks of raw materials and finish goods
• Experience in automation, lean production, and SAP systems
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, supply order process, business flow, and basic finance
• Awareness of risk control and cost efficiency
• Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 1,001-5,000 employees
