We are a company from the Japfa Group, operating in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, marketing branded processed food directly to consumers. Our operation is fully integrated, from manufacturing and packaging to distribution and consumer communication. We produce ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook packaged food and flavored milk drinks, distributed to over 50,000 points of sale.

Our brands, including SO GOOD, SO NICE, and REAL GOOD, are well-known in the market. We are seeking a Distribution or Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse site operational reports and make analysis conclusions (product occupancy, inventory, in-out traffic).
• Supervise and create aging inventory reports.
• Supervise and monitor third-party logistic performance and administration.
• Conduct frequent stock opname on site warehouse.
• Translate business objectives into operational activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Business & Management.
• +2 years of experience as a Distribution or Warehouse Supervisor in Supply Chain or Manufacture in the FMCG industry.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Having a driving permit (SIM A) is a must.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and other statistical tools.
• Forecasting approach, numeracy, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong in data collection and processing.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with a team.
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta.
