Responsibilities
- Prepare work order for services department – field work and assembly of kits and sub kits
- Check accuracy of dispatch against delivery order
- Reconcile excess, shortage or defective materials from daily report. Take necessary actions to prevent occurrence
- Maintain a systematic inventory management as expected by the company
- Manage product stock effectively to ensure the right products are available at the right time
- Monitor, control, and review stock opname (inventory audit) results
- Analyze inventory data for financial closing purposes
- Provide analysis on COGS, waste, and DOI (Days of Inventory)
- Coordinate inventory control activities (including handling of missing stock and overstock due to over-ordering)
- Prepare inventory reports, data analysis, and merchandising strategy evaluations to support business decision-making
- Plan and conduct routine audits/stock takes and report/present the results to relevant departments and management
- Manage warehouse employees, monitor work, create schedules, and ensure the safe and efficient use of warehouse equipment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics with other departments to ensure deliveries are achieved according to targets
- Create reports, maintain documentation, and maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of warehouse goods and equipment
- Ensure efficient and economical use of materials, improve methods, and eliminate wasteful practices
- Plan, organize, and maintain the layout and ensure efficient space utilization, in accordance with warehouse capacity and company objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supply chain management
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and operations management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Computer literate and able in using ERP and Accurate Software
