Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la fabrication recherche un Responsable de Production qualifié pour superviser les processus de production et garantir la conformité aux normes. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans l'industrie des lubrifiants ou chimiques et démontrera des compétences en leadership et en analyse des données.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the oil/lubricant, chemical, FMCG, or liquid manufacturing industry
• Familiar with oil production processes: blending, filling, and packaging
• Strong understanding of management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Proficient in implementing SOPs, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), 5R/5S, and Kaizen/Continuous Improvement
• Experienced in operating automatic/semi-automatic production machinery
• Able to read and analyze production and efficiency data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP is preferred
• Demonstrates leadership, good communication skills, and the ability to manage a team to achieve KPI targets
• Willing to work overtime if required
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure that all production processes run according to quantity, quality, and timeline targets
• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of production operators/technicians
• Ensure all production activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, and ISO requirements
• Monitor the availability of raw materials and supporting materials, and report any shortages to the relevant department
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting (output, downtime, efficiency)
• Control the use of energy, water, and chemicals efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner
• Promote a safe and disciplined work culture by enforcing OHS protocols
• Actively participate in internal and external audits (related to ISO or customer audits)
