About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Packaging Manufacturing in Bantargebang, Bekasi West Java. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing operations. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of goods

Supervising and coordinating a team of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels

Liaising with production, sales, and transportation teams to ensure seamless coordination of logistics

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Generating and analysing performance reports to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, stock optimisation, and workflow processes

Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technology

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
