Qualifications

  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Rantai Pasokan atau Logistik.
  • Pengetahuan yang baik mengenai peraturan pajak dan proses impor/ekspor.
  • Kemampuan dalam Manajemen Inventaris dan Kontrol Stok.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the end to end supply chain process including vendor management, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
  • Monitoring and forecasting demand and supply accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Developing and implementing effective order processing and management systems.
  • Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of vendors.
  • Identifying and analysing risks affecting supply, delivery and customer demand and developing strategies to mitigate these.
  • Participating in strategic supply chain enhancements/ projects to drive optimal manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain and Quality), clients and suppliers and ensuring a seamless supply of products to and from the warehouse.
  • Monitoring and allocating storage space.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Supply Chain or Transportation / Logistics within Real Estate and Transport & Logistics.
  • You possess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect to the import and export of products.
  • You have working knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Control, Teamwork, Attention to Detail and Time Management
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
