Job summary

Une entreprise leader recherche un personnel d'entrepôt pour gérer les opérations d'entrepôt, y compris le contrôle qualité, la gestion des stocks et la préparation de rapports. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 1-2 ans d'expérience, être attentif aux détails et capable de travailler sous pression tout en respectant les procédures d'exploitation normales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports and OKRs.
• Understands and applies SOPs in warehouse workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control (QC) of goods and verify quantities.
• Maintain physical stock and availability of raw materials.
• Update warehouse-related dashboards and manage documents.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring that all goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly recorded (via system or delivery note).

Responsible for conducting Quality Control (QC) of goods and verifying the quantity of incoming or returned items.

Responsible for maintaining the physical stock of goods and raw materials in the warehouse, as well as ensuring the availability of raw materials to support production.

Responsible for providing repeat order items from other outlets to meet sales demands.

Responsible for updating warehouse-related dashboards and managing document filing.

Operates the Iseller and Eapproval systems for inbound and outbound goods processing.

Develops work plans.

Prepares monthly warehouse reports (including goods movement, etc.) and OKRs.

Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including organizing the layout of goods.

Carries out warehouse operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, honest, fast-paced, physically strong, capable of multitasking, and highly initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to create warehouse reports and OKRs.

Able to operate and familiar with Blower and Sealing Machines.

Understands and capable of applying warehouse workflow procedures according to SOPs (including FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, and logistics).

Able to work both independently and as part of a team, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.

Willing to work overtime if required to complete tasks or projects.

Physically and mentally healthy (no history of serious illness, such as asthma).
