Warehouse SPV

Responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning warehouse operations with other departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Make sure all material is available.
2. Ensure all deliveries to customers are at 100%.
3. Update key raw materials in the ERP system.
4. Conduct regular stock takes with the highest accuracy.
5. Record and maintain inventory.
6. Advise on imports and exports.
7. Hire and manage employees.
8. Keep warehouses organized.
9. Maximize warehouse efficiency.
10. Align warehouse operations with other departments.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years as a Logistics or Warehouse Supervisor at an FMCG Company.
2. Experience in arranging a FIFO system.
3. Ability to minimize or remove dead stock.
4. Ensure all incoming materials are at accepted levels.
5. Honest, trustworthy, and a fast learner.
6. Strong analytical skills.
