ZTE Indonesia is currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Management based in Medan.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure peak efficiency

• Lead, organize, train, and monitor warehouse staff performance

• Oversee LSP (Logistics Service Provider) KPI and escalate operational issues

• Improve warehouse systems: storage, handling, equipment, and inventory

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and issue execution

• Investigate operational issues and provide effective solutions

Requirements:
