Warehouse Section Head

Monitoring daily operations from Material Warehouse to Finished Goods Warehouse.

Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.

Weekly review with operation team and solve operation issues.

Evaluating Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensuring 100% accuracy in stock and transactions.

Maintaining standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Close coordination with internal departments (PPIC, Sales/Marketing, Production, QC, Purchasing, GA, Accounting).

Planning, developing, coaching, and counseling the operations team.

Effectively allocating resources and initiating corrective actions when necessary.

Providing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for operational issues.

Establishing standard productivity levels for all warehouse activities.

Managing operational costs (overtime, supplies, etc.) to achieve efficiency targets.

Promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse department.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management in manufacturing or logistics.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.

Proficient in inventory management and workflow optimization.

Strong analytical skills and adept at data analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate operations.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
