- Analyze end-to-end warehouse processes (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, errors, or opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives in warehouse operations, leveraging Lean principles and digital tools.
- Lead or support SAP system enhancement projects related to warehouse functions (e.g., SAP MM, WM, EWM, IM modules).
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and supply chain teams to align system capabilities with warehouse operational needs.
- Support deployment of automation tools and digital initiatives (e.g., barcode scanning, RF devices, system integrations).
- Develop and train key users to improve adoption and effective use of SAP and warehouse systems.
- Create documentation including process flows, SOPs, training guides, and improvement reports.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustainability.
- Facilitate workshops or improvement projects using structured methodologies (Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.).
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or continuous improvement roles.
- Solid understanding of SAP (especially WM, EWM, or Inventory Management modules).
- Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and identifying automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data to drive decisions.
- Effective communication skills; able to engage with both system users and technical teams.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for efficiency.
