Warehouse Outbound Senior Supervisor (Cibinong)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily outbound activities according to manpower schedule, ensuring compliance with supplier time windows and process accuracy.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to control wastage and manage the specbook.
• Communicate with supply chain and category teams to resolve issues and set forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
• Evaluate workflow to increase manpower productivity and service levels.
• Prepare daily reports aligned with KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of overseeing outbound processes.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and add value for internal divisions and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Exhibit leadership, communication skills, cost consciousness, people development, and planning execution.
• Proficient in MS Office or G-suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
