Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a warehouse operator, preferably in manufacturing, food, or feed mill.
• Valid SIO forklift license is highly preferred.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads in a warehouse.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift-work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure quantity and quality match documents.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies with the inventory system.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse per 5S.
• Report damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials (RM) to ensure quantity and quality match delivery documents.
• Organize and stack raw materials in designated storage areas in accordance with inventory layout and safety guidelines.
• Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) stock rotation principles.
• Prepare and issue raw materials to the production department based on authorized material requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts (cycle counts) and assist in reconciling discrepancies with the inventory system.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or hand jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse area in compliance with 5S principles.
• Report any damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
