Job summary

You will assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics teams and help prepare warehouse documentation. A focus on daily workflow and staff supervision will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Support inventory control, stock accuracy checks, and proper storage practices.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics and transport teams.
• Monitor daily workflow, attendance, and basic productivity measures.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and effective use of warehouse systems (WMS).

Responsibilities
