Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. You will oversee inventory, document flow, and warehouse operations, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely settlements of logistics documents.

You will lead a team, manage personnel decisions, and work with accounting to settle invoices, while maintaining internal controls and data integrity in the ERP system. Based in Surabaya at Pakuwon Mall site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complexity.
• Knowledge of logistics software and document flows.
• Experience with logistics invoices and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material management and warehouse operations for the plant.
• Coordinate with accounting to settle invoices and documents.
• Lead inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage personnel decisions for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity.
