Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and safely, including material receiving, material staging, and goods delivery to customers or distribution centers. Also, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth transaction processes in compliance with relevant regulations.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for inventory movement accuracy, security, and compliance with SAP transaction flow requirements. Facilitate statutory compliance related to operational warehousing practices, including control of raw materials and packaging materials regarding product status, expiration dates, rework plans, customer returns, and disposal processes.
• Coordinate with SCM and ITCC counterparts to ensure proper material flow-in and flow-out in compliance with regulations.
• Manage third-party support (admin, 3PL, FL, etc.) to ensure continuous availability and reliability meeting product expectations.
• Fulfill material requests from production, providing correct materials, quantities, batches, and timely delivery based on schedules.
• Apply the 4-eyes principle for Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) of finished goods to customers.
• Coordinate and perform stock-taking to ensure stock accuracy at the site.
• Perform Stock Transfer Orders (STO) for internal warehouse movements, including shuttle truck operations.
• Monitor non-inventory materials (e.g., pallets, ribbons, tapes, plastic wraps) to support production needs.
• Coordinate continuous improvement programs and facilitate the implementation of digital tools in warehouse operations.
• Create MIGO transactions on SAP (TG site).

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or industrial field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in warehouse activities and management.

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English.
