Job summary

Givaudan Ltd. is hiring for a warehouse operations role in Indonesia. You will ensure safe handling, packing, and timely dispatch of finished goods. Work closely with internal teams to maintain accuracy, inventory control, and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with inventory handling, picking, and packing processes.
• Experience with GMP/EHS practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of products within the warehouse.
• Support outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and dispatch.
• Assist in finished goods receiving, picking, and export processes.
• Perform packing, labeling, sorting, wrapping, and re-packing activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
