Responsibilities

• Lead a team of storekeepers to manage goods receiving and issuing processes
• Ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained to support operational needs
• Perform month inventory counts and cost tracking
• Submit timely reports on finished goods and parts inventory to management for review
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organized manner
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards
• Draft and update work instructions for warehouse management
• Provide training, coaching, and on-the-job training (OJT) to subordinates

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management with 1–2 years of relevant experience, OR
• More than 2 years of experience as a Warehousing Executive
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines
• Multilingual: Proficient in English, Bahasa Indonesia (Malay), and Mandarin required for communication with China-based suppliers/customers and Indonesian staff/workers
• Must be willing to be stationed in Batam, Indonesia.
