About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operation Management Assistance to join our dynamic team at Iron Plus Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Cikupa Banten and will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the day-to-day management and oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

Monitoring inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse storage optimisation

Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery

Implementing and maintaining warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Providing support in the training and development of warehouse staff

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing cost-saving measures

Generating and analysing reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics operations role, preferably within the Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik industry

Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space utilisation, and distribution processes

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
