Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse E-Commerce Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin to oversee our daily warehouse operations and support the growth of our e-commerce business. You will play a key role in coordinating warehouse activities, managing warehouse staff, and ensuring that orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping)

Ensure accuracy in inventory management and stock movements

Monitor and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and workflow

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and delivery partners

Ensure all e-commerce orders are processed and shipped on schedule

Communicate and report regularly with the head office (Mandarin communication may be required)

Conduct regular audits to maintain stock accuracy and cleanliness of the warehouse

Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist in system improvements and warehouse management system (WMS) integration

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Willing to be based in Tangerang and work flexible hours if needed

Previous experience in an e-commerce or logistics company

Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and delivery platforms

Knowledge of lean warehousing practices and KPIs tracking.
