Warehouse Manager (FMCG/ Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Organize monthly cycle count for selective customer and yearly stock count to ensure stock accuracy
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain strong and reliable relationship with all department
• Any reasonable additional duties requested or delegated by the line Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Experience in Warehouse Management for more than 5 years
• Understand all existing systems, Quality Management Systems, ISO, Safety, Halal and GMP
• Have knowledge of the QA/ SAP system for warehouses
• Highly motivated, agile, good at communicating and working with others
• Able to speak english well (verbal & non-verbal)
