Warehouse Manager - Apparels - Cikarang (C-117881)

Our client is an Apparels Company. Currently, they are looking for Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the warehouse team and handle training and evaluations.
2. Manage inventory levels and conduct stock audits for accuracy.
3. Implement procedures for goods handling.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.
5. Assess and improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks.
7. Track and report warehouse metrics to management.
8. Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs.
9. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
10. Implement warehouse automation for optimization.
11. Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related.
2. Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with European expatriates).
3. Min. 3 years in Managerial level handling warehouse operations in foreign apparel manufacturing company.
4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations proficiency in excel, power BI, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
5. Good communication skill, problem solving skill, time management skill, and analytical skill.

Preferred Skill / Experience:

1. Working experience in footwear manufacturing company.
