• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Warehouse/Operations Manager in logistics

• Proficient in WMS and inventory control software

• Skilled in strategic planning and budget control

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Experienced in team recruitment, coaching, and development

• Strong understanding and implementation of SOPs

Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead our warehouse operations, develop strategic plans, and ensure

efficient, safe, and productive activities in line with our business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a warehouse strategy aligned with business objectives

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Lead and develop a high-performing team; promote collaboration and improvement

• Handle strategic planning, budgeting, and warehouse organization

• Identify and implement solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs

• Utilize automation and data to drive efficiency and smart decision-making

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Implement accurate inventory systems and optimize stock levels

• Set and track KPIs to measure operational performance

• Oversee team performance, training, and development

• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

• Provide workflow improvement recommendations to management

• Ensure efficient inbound/outbound logistics with optimal cost

• Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy and safety stock
