Kopi Fabriek, a brand under PT Berkas Tuaian Melimpah, is committed to high-quality coffee production. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
3. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock management, audits, and system updates.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve operational efficiency.
5. Monitor and enforce safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain coordination.
7. Analyze warehouse performance and implement improvements for cost efficiency.
8. Operate and oversee the use of internal platforms and RFID-based inventory tracking systems (if applicable).
9. Train and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to company standards.
10. Maintain honesty and integrity in all warehouse operations, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills—ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
3. High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability—this is essential.
4. Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
6. Experience with RFID technology is a plus.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
8. Ability to work under pressure and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
