About the role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client, a leading garment manufacturing company in East Java. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our East Java-based warehouse facility. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including administrative functions and staff supervision.

Manage inventory, coordinate receiving and dispatching, and ensure accuracy and timely stock movement.

Maintain and organize inventory using standard practices (e.g., FIFO, Barcoding, Reorder triggers).

Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and safety.

Collaborate with the PPIC team to monitor incoming deliveries and ensure timely unloading of local and imported materials.

Implement warehouse technologies and GMP practices to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.

Ensure a timely "cut to head ends" process to meet production requirements.

Drive continuous process improvements and conduct regular stock audits and dead stock reporting.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing warehouse team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree is a must.

10 -15 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the denim garment industry.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office, ERP systems, and databases.

Hands-on experience in warehouse systems and operations.
