Job summary

A leading energy company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced individual for hydrocarbon management. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is a plus.

Ensure work warehouse / fuel / lube / waste area performed conforms to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Provide advice and guidance to company's project in order to enhance effective and efficient management hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory. The effectivity and the efficiency of hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory management are significantly enhanced.

Ensure warehouse, service level to issuing to client (end-user) are matched with schedules and targets. Warehouse, service level issuing to client (end-user) are well-managed and matched the schedules and targets.

Ensure fuels and lubricants quality meets with requirement procedures refer to ASTM or Migas Standardization and ensure the stock levels are well-managed. Fuels and lubricants quality are correctly managed and met the requirement procedures referring to ASTM or Migas Standardization

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

  • SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education

High School Graduate of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
  • min. 1 year experiences in hydrocarbon management.
  • Having knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
  • Understand with EMS (Environmental Management System).
  • Familiar with Freight Regulation.
  • Awareness of ERP Systems (eg. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and team work.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
