Job description

PT Astari Niagara Internasional is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager based in Bitung, Tangerang.

Responsibilities:

• Manage storage of finished goods and raw materials to ensure proper organization, including storage tanks.
• Plan and maintain storage allocation for raw materials and finished goods, managing stock levels according to targets, FIFO, FEFO, and factory supplies and spare parts.
• Optimize transportation methods for cost-effectiveness and efficiency, including scheduling and monitoring costs for savings.
• Participate actively in 5R implementation, safety programs, work instructions, and internal training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as Warehouse & Logistics Manager in manufacturing companies, either local or multinational.
• Experience managing multi-site warehouses.
• Experience handling both in-house and third-party logistics.
• Familiarity with WMS Program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• WMS/SCM certification is a plus.
