Job description

Overview

Demonstrate strong understanding and advanced knowledge in Material Management, Logistics/Transportation management and process, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes. Report out on and track ageing inventory. Review slow moving material and recommend inventory write off periodically; and alsoExpired stock and coordinate with Sales, Technical and Sales Support (customer service) on utilization offering planning. Oversee the overall warehouse complaint case management, in close cooperation with 3PL, QA & Supplier Quality teams. Support internal and customer quality audits.

Train & Coach 3PL warehouse operations teams on any inventory or quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations. Recommend improvements to existing processes. Participate in or drive kaizen events for continuous improvement of warehouse processes using Danaher set of operational excellence tools.

Develop, communicate and implement Material management processes consistent with company policies, procedures, best practices, and government regulations. Ensure appropriate replenish – max setting for material stock to avoid stock-out while optimizing the material levels. Facilitate standardization, controlling number of material items and coordinate within the Domino Printing Indonesia facilities (Jakarta (Sunter & 3PL), Surabaya, Semarang and Bandung). Gather new ideas, processes and tools from external sources for continuous improvement in material management – logistic/transportation process. Build and maintain partnership with customers, 3PL WH, Suppliers of Transportation, and business partners. Collaborate with cross department to ensure high quality of material management and logistic transportation services.

REQUIREMENT :

• Min 3-5 years' experience in warehouse management, materials management, logistics, supply chain management or distribution FMCG/dynamic environment
• Quality Assurance experience
• Proficient with excel, Microsoft O365 and other analytical tools
• Graduate Degree/bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
