Warehouse & Logistic Manager (Supply Chain)

What You’ll Do :
- Lead and coach teams across Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement internal systems, SOPs, and policies to streamline operations and improve team efficiency. Ensure accurate data input and system usage in ERP (Odoo).
- Oversee warehouse operations in Indonesia and Dubai, ensuring they are well-organized, follow SOPs, and operate with systems that prevent inventory loss.
- Manage logistics vendors in both regions and develop cost- and time-efficient logistics strategies from factory to warehouse to end customer.
- Monitor inventory planning to ensure consistent stock availability with a healthy Inventory Turnover (ITO) ratio.
- Design and implement quality strategies that ensure high product and service standards. Track and resolve quality issues to prevent broader impact.
- Lead cross-department collaboration to foster ownership, accountability, and effective goal alignment.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, identify challenges proactively, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies that optimize resources and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Be a role model who inspires, develops, and unites the team to achieve shared objectives.
What We’re Looking For :
- A strong leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing a team of at least 5 people, specifically in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Proven capability in managing international operations, including the ability to source logistics partners independently (e.g., via market research or online sourcing). Previous experience working in or managing supply chain operations involving Dubai is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, including documentation such as surat jalan, kartu stock, and inventory tracking best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems—preferably Odoo—and the ability to ensure data accuracy and process discipline.
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to solving operational issues.
