About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our dynamic team at PT JINJIA NGP INDONESIA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse located in Batam Riau Islands.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods and materials

Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise productivity and efficiency

Coordinate and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and perform their duties effectively

Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports to provide visibility into stock levels and movements

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to align warehouse activities with the overall business needs

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar warehouse leadership role

Minimum High School

Familiarity with MS Office tools and software

Strong understanding of warehouse management principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to warehouse operations
