Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload tires and auto parts, operate forklifts, and support inventory control. The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, standing for long periods, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

You'll participate in safety programs, help onboard new hires, and assist with cycle counts and ecomm/will-call tasks, contributing to a culture focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
• Must meet safety policies and procedures
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Abide by transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a warehouse using forklifts or picker equipment
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control
• Maintain safety by adhering to policies and OSHA-like standards
• Onboard and train new hires
• Support leaders in guiding team members through tasks
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and adjustments
• Handle ecomm and will-call tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
