Your role

We are looking for a Purchasing to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Warehouse FM serves as the Logistic Manager of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through product, analysis and reporting. The role requires aligning Customer Service decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main responsibilities:

Job Scope :

• The Warehouse Operator is responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of optical within the warehouse. This role ensures efficient operations, accuracy in inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations
• The Purchasing Staff is responsible for assisting in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring that the purchasing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

JobDes:

• Inspect incoming shipments of optical frames for accuracy and quality
• Record received items in the inventory management system and update stock levels
• Organize and store optical frames in designated locations
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Pick and pack for outgoing orders according to customer specifications
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for dispatched orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficienc
• Filling and record evidence receipt note, awb

Main requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous
• A high school, Bachelor Degree.
• Ability to keep the warehouse organized and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping optical frames
• Ability to identify issues in the workflow and propose effective solutions.

Ability to work effectively with colleagues Cs and Sales and Admin Frame to meet operational goals
