Warehouse Engineer

A Warehouse Engineer is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing warehouse systems to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods. They work with automation technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ensure the safety and maintenance of the warehouse facility. Key duties include analyzing logistics workflows, improving warehouse layouts, coordinating with operations teams, and supporting inventory tracking and system development.

Job Responsibility:

1. Working closely with the production team to ensure orders are delivered punctually.
2. Ensure optimal implementation and usage of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
3. Develop and oversee warehouse automation systems such as conveyors, RFID, scanners, etc.
4. Conduct regular maintenance on warehouse equipment and supporting systems.
5. In charge of arranging personnel for all the cutting machines, to carry out production according to the production plan.
6. Periodically evaluate warehouse layout and storage location design, performing continuous improvement to ensure increased effectiveness.
7. Perform cycle count, processing, find and eliminate the variances.
8. In charge of material balance management and report analysis.
9. Evaluate and update warehouse SOP, procedures, and process flow.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics, management, engineering or similar major.
2. Have 5 or more years of relevant work experience, good communication and coordination skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
4. Good English communication skills, proficiency in Chinese will be preferred.
5. Excellent team management and coordination with related parties.
