Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct DOR & WOR to understand issues and propose corrective action
• Responsible for reporting all maintenance requirements for equipment and facility to the maintenance department
• Coordinate daily cycle count and stock take report the result to Respective Manager/Department Head
• Share necessary Info on Operational requirements every shift briefing
• Coordinate with Transport to ensure that Trucks are available when the products are ready to be shipped
• Ensure all Audit findings are followed up and implemented to ensure that there are no gaps in Operations that result in inefficiency and ineffectiveness

Personal Qualification

• Minimum D3 with minimum 3 years’ experience as warehouse coordinator/warehouse supervisor
• English (minimum passive)
• Basic Understanding of warehousing processes
• Good knowledge of logistic functions
• Good understanding of basic business process
• Having vision to develop business and intention to develop continuous improvement
• Having interest in receiving feedback from others
