Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Consignment Management
Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for XCMG mechanical products (e.g., construction machinery, spare parts).
Monitor consignment stock levels to ensure GDTC project sites receive materials as per monthly demand.
Maximize consignment goods utilization by coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and site teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
2. Warehouse Operations
Supervise loading/unloading, proper storage, and handling of heavy mechanical equipment to prevent damage.
Ensure warehouse layout and storage methods comply with safety standards (e.g., FIFO, hazardous material segregation).
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for smooth import/export processes.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/monthly reports on consignment stock movements, discrepancies, and turnover rates.
Maintain accurate records in WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP software.
Assist in generating KPIs (e.g., stock accuracy, dispatch timelines) for management review.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with GDTC site teams to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust inventory plans.
Support procurement by providing data on stock levels and replenishment needs.
Train and guide warehouse staff on proper procedures for mechanical goods handling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Have experience of warehouse/inventory management, preferably with heavy machinery/construction materials.
-Familiarity with consignment stock models and import/export processes (Indonesia).
Skills:
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel for pivot tables, inventory reports).
-Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
-Basic knowledge of mechanical products (e.g., spare parts, equipment specs).
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
